The very revealing idiot lingo of warmism

Language shapes thought and thought shapes language.

Style of language is a reflection of intellect.

Sometimes simplifications are made for practicality, but often for mental convenience, and according to the principle mentioned, it serves to further dumb down the thought behind it.

And a lot of very telling idiot lingo can be found in the bigoted ‘warmism’ (here an example of practical simplification) agenda.

There is the “climate change denier” that implies the ideological enemies refuse to accept that climate change is a thing even though it is an inherent property of the climate to be always-changing. That is part of nature, of the dynamic, living system. And this of course also ties into the rhetorical switcharoo where “global warming” turned into “climate change” so that it becomes universally applicable to any type of change and thus has potential to be perpetuated indefinitely as well as allows to lump opposite phenomena into the same agenda. The core claim of warming effects has not changed.

Then there is the cringy shortening which already expressed quite clearly the dumbing down of the intellect: “climate denier”. A term that implies there are people who deny that climate even exists. “Climate” becomes the indiscriminate label and anyone who objects to anything carrying that label can be called a denier.

Then there is maybe the term most telling about the core problem behind the whole agenda: “harmful to the climate”. This is nonsensical because the climate is a concept, a measurement, a description of overall weather states on a large timescale. By definition you cannot harm the climate because whatever it is is what it is supposed to be. It cannot end. But when bigots use the term “climate denier”, you can see how that line of thought could be entertained by them. Like ‘they want to kill the climate’.

This is almost suitable as a koan: “What would the world be without climate?”

What is actually meant with all that idiot lingo but which warmists rarely want to talk about is something that ties into documented spreading trends of mental afflictions that take great issue and experience distress with change.
But even if we don’t want to examine it as such a clear-cut pathology, the psychology behind it is fear of change. Because of a general awareness and experience of this world’s societies overall running like crap, being under capitalist scarcity torment, people have no confidence that such a system can handle changes well without many people suffering and dying. And thus the mind goes into an extreme state, arbitrarily and self-servingly chooses the ‘current’ climate that our current crappy system is built on and managing, what we have grown accustomed to as ideal based on own preference and what we know, as the ‘healthy’ state of climate that needs to be preserved because it is ‘normal’. Of course then any weather extreme, whether hot or cold, will be condemned as abnormal and caused by that devil CO2. (And BTW, since CO2 is a typical product of industrial activity, it is of course irresistible for the politically green to demonize.)

I have even seen a weather ‘expert’ on TV talk about many areas where the weather this year has been “too cold” or “too hot”. In the same breath. It was simply all relativized to agriculture and with the climate label slapped on it and thereby, ironically, capitalist dictates defined climate policy. If only that wicked ‘excess’ CO2 wasn’t causing a mess everywhere, then there would be no dry summers or wet summers but only just-right summers. ‘Healthy’, ‘normal’ summers.

The warmism ideology actually furthers a crippling of our ability to improve the situation because it is waging war on change, which is nature. It is like the tree that gets uprooted in a storm while the leaves of grass bend gracefully and thereby prevail. And with that mentality it is iconically fascist-totalitarian. Only one rigid state of things tolerated and enforced.
If you removed all human CO2 generation and didn’t tell them, they would still panic over the end of the world, purely based on natural weather fluctuations.

Like so many crazy ideologies emerging from the USA’s society due to a profound problem at its root, this one is lusting for world domination and could never tolerate becoming obsolete. Just like capitalism.
And then it also makes perfect sense to see Extinction Rebellion jump on board with their supposed enemies, US-corporate-imperialists, and promote their propaganda lies against a socialist country (Bolivia), simply because it feeds into their eco-do-gooder image campaign that furthers their power. – Because it is all a power trip, multi-faceted, because by misanthropically condemning humankind’s actions, we are telling us what great power we have. And the more powerful the opponent, the more powerful oneself has to be, which is a wonderful justification for just about any deed committed in pursuit of it.

Capitalism IS what people describe as corruption. It is the iconic ideology of fear. And fear makes stupid. And stupidity leads to people acting against their own best interest for the profit of a few manipulators. It bribes with short-term profits for all, which is especially tempting for people of weak virtue in a state of existential worry.
Anyone and anything can be corrupted when fear is allowed to determine the course of actions. When the root motivation isn’t pure, when there isn’t constant humble devotion towards work to keep it pure. It has to be a constant function, integrated into the character. If you try to find a shortcut, that already is corruption, too.

Love lives abundance. First in the mind, then through action on the outside.
Corporate fascism and eco-fascism are a powerful team of Master Fear, because both see the salvation in preaching scarcity. Both glorify ever-greater efficiency of processes, i.e. managing a perceived/created state of not having enough.
You could say, this form of environmentalism is capitalism’s progressive youth movement. It is about as distant from true environmentalism as Bernie Sanders is from socialism. (But this point is another story about perpetuation of what the USA have always been.)

The profound spiritual divide that affects your whole life

That one time I armwrestled a guy…
…and I defeated him by making him give up.

I don’t mean that I toyed with him.
I never had the upper hand.
Most of the time he had me at three quarters, but there he ran into a brick wall.
This not only exhausted him physically, but also weakened him psychologically, because in his mind, based on his cultural (self-)indoctrination, what is supposed to happen is that the more you dominate, the easier it gets.
So he faltered and I gained ground.
And as soon as I was threatening to move past the middle, to gain even the littlest bit of upper hand, he found new strength and pushed again. And again ran into that brick wall.

That’s when he resorted to cheating. But that didn’t get him much farther either. It only hastened his surrender.

This is internal power.
Where you know when you have enough and can rely on that.
Those who aim to win will lose. The game distracts you from what’s real.

This is showing the profound difference in mindset that drive capitalism and socialism as world view and way of life, way of being.
In the former, the more you gain the more important it becomes. In the latter, the more you gain the less important it becomes. Because it focuses on building a baseline for everybody and the understanding that that makes the world safer for everybody. It is not driven by fear (selfishness, individualist obsession), but by love (altruism). This requires social intelligence, which is inherently a spiritual path; realizing the connectedness of all things.
Don’t fall for the great con, tempting you with borrowed power.

Sacrifices need to be made anyway. If you realize this early-on, you can make them on your terms.
If not … then your enemy decides whether you live or die.

Why China’s information policy is less worrisome than the Wild West’s

The rogue always likes to divert attention from their malice by accusing others of what he himself does.
Western governments are always eager to condemn China for their policies in regards to information flow. The rogues are the Wild West.

China doesn’t hide it. It is totally open and admitted that they are censoring certain aspects of information flow and beyond. And not only does that openness hint at the nature of the thing, but they have some good reasons for it that would even weaken the condemnations of the Chinese government allegedly merely wanting to stay in power for power’s sake.

The USA are an empire, and the empire uses many different means to expand its influence. That is all a form of war. If no missiles fly, then computer viruses might go to work or people are rallied with lies to topple their democratic government. Just to name a few.
Another weapon of the empire is the spread of culture. And this is the openly stated reason for what the Chinese government does. They are aware that the USA will do whatever they can to slowly convert China, this to the paragon of capitalism huge delicious economy, into a vassal.
Any restrictive policies of China or any other more or less unadmitted enemy of the empire need to be seen in this context. And even this necessary defense reaction against covert aggression is being exploited by the empire and used as a weapon. For they know that if they practice such an onslaught, the people of the target country might eventually become dissatisfied due to the restrictions. And then the empire only needs to succeed in telling the people lies and divert attention away from the true motivations for such measures. Then the people would, in ignorance, fight that which tries to protect them from those very lies and culture of corruption.

Naturally this will not be a pretty process. But in all cases people need to understand the big picture. (And they need to understand that I’m not talking about flatscreen TVs here.)

Now look at what power China has. It is a strong country. They resist the imperialist pressure. But now look at North Korea. They are much less powerful, but are subject to the same pressure. If they didn’t have nukes, they’d be a ‘McDonald’s outpost’ now.

Don’t blame the small party in massively asymmetrical warfare. That’s the rogues’ game.

And now let’s compare China to the USA and its vassals: Daily propaganda, lies, distortions, deceptions, omissions. News media censoring itself, massively, covertly, while spreading the myth of openness and freedom. Again, the rogue keeps talking about that which they don’t feature. Constant repetition hammers it into people’s heads, and egoes are tickled with honeyed words and pleasant self-perceptions.

That is the mark of fascism.

And now traitor politicians try to enforce a free trade agreement (TTIP) with that fascist system while insulting the people who oppose it AND letting them pay for TTIP propaganda ads with their tax money. It is disgusting, and people swallow too much of this crap. Too afraid of repressions from their government. Another trait of a fascist country.
Just like the mafia can bully business owners into compliance, the government mafia, the great crime syndicate, has bullied people into submission. They might speak, they might act, but only when it is allowed to, not when it is right and should be allowed to.

Selling your soul becomes closer to literal for businesses

Blizzard runs World of Warcraft.

They have their own website and a game forum specifically for World of Warcraft and the game’s login screen features an optional news window if something’s important.

It seems they maneuvered back a bit now (probably because of significant negative feedback), but a while ago you had to look for important info about stuff like unscheduled server offtime on Twitter. They really want people to go to Twitter. And they have Twitter integration in the game now, so I suspect marketing whoring to bring about the new world dominance.

Daybreak Gaming Company (formerly Sony Online Entertainment) runs Planetside 2. That game, too, has its own game forum, and just like in the case of World of Warcraft, you use your game login, which means that if you want to talk to the player community, there you will find the people who are actually playing the game.

Yet the go-to place for the devs to communicate with players is Reddirt. ( That was a typo I decided to keep. 😀 )

In other news, one of the big German internet providers (the privatized formerly national one in the form of the telephone company Deutsche Telekom) – T-Online – now decided to sell their own website.

Yeah, you heard right. T-Online.de. The company’s website. Where you can log in and do customer service stuff, web mail etc and where they offer their service packages, and also run it as a combined new portal. They sell it. The website that dons their name won’t be theirs anymore.

And it’s probably because of the news component, and not deciding to separate that, but keep it tied to the name, shows how highly names are valued in business, as a brand.

If this continues, selling your own grandma might soon become more than just a figure of speech.

And you know that this is all touching the topic of slavery, right?

When you are no longer in control of your own assets. When more and more that you thought is yours becomes owned.

Are you sure your name is still part of you and not just a legal person? Maybe it has been sold without your consent. (This is what happened to that German telephone company. Important things are not decided democratically here, but sufficiently indirectly to allow the plutocracy to rule over their subjects.)

Speaking of control: When businesses become so big that they consider the small stuff not lucrative enough, they dump that; leave the bread crumbs to the small businesses.

Amazon seemed to have realized that the small crumbs add up, so they decided to gain control over that, too. Can you still afford to run small online distribution without Amazon Marketplace? And Amazon gets their cut. This is the hybrid-solution of total dominance. It’s related to politics when you control and lead the dissent against you in order to crush or drown out any non-approved dissent.

Amazon might have a relatively good service for a huge corporation, but I don’t give them credit for that. Because they can easily afford it. It’s not like there’s still another big competitor like it’s so often the case when corporations wage a war and lose customer-orientation. Amazon now tries to intercept all potential competition and put them under their umbrella. They take all the benefits and reject the inconveniences. Amazon Marketplace is no benefit for small businesses because it only appears to be an advantage because it exists. It’s a bit of a mafia approach: You pay money for protection. Which would be a legit service contract if we didn’t talk about what it is that you need protection against.
This might end in what people who are afraid of socialism think is socialism but is actually a capitalism that they should be afraid of. Concentration of power is never a good idea. It has to be rooted in the people.

Wondering why so many businesses sell out? – It’s like a 3-layer system:
1) Some created their business to sell it once it gets attactive.
2) Those who didn’t might get an offer to sell it that is attractive enough to put money before the business. (Might also be due to special circumstances like with Mojang where Notch wasn’t ready for the responsibility of a fast-growing business.)
3) Those who refused to sell might be either signaled that if they don’t sell, the potential buyer will just push them out of the market with their greater might, or this step happens without communicating that course of action to them.

This chain can be broken by courage, resolve and skill. You gotta be smart enough to, when losing in a shitty game, step out of the game and create your own rules. It’s all mostly just a mind game anyway. The good thing about out-of-the-box thinking is that then you no longer live in a box. 😉
